Sam Greco is an aspiring commercial real estate professional with a strong foundation built on leadership, teamwork, and business acumen. A proud graduate of St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute, Sam was a varsity basketball standout, earning Second Team All-Catholic honors and helping lead his team to a Manhattan Cup Championship.



Following high school, Sam attended Florida Gulf Coast University, where he studied business with a focus on real estate and investment. With a passion for entrepreneurship and a commitment to excellence, Sam is excited to help expand the family business—focusing on brokering commercial real estate transactions and strategically growing the family’s multi-family investment portfolio.
